Who
Let’s start out with the 1st “W” which is, "Who are we?"
We are transplanted Louisianans who graduated from South Terrebonne High School located in Terrebonne Parish in Bourg, Louisiana. We enrolled and graduated from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. We have lived in the Houston area since 1978.
What
The 2nd “W” is: "What is Bon Ton Louisianne?"
Bon Ton Louisianne is a celebration of - but not limited to - the sounds, tastes, history and people that make up the great state of Louisiana. Like the name says, it is “Good Time Louisiana”.
Why
The 3rd “W” is for "Why?"
Because Texas deserves an authentic slice of Louisiana culture!
When
The 4th “W” is for "When is Bon Ton Louisianne?"
That is Saturday, May 14th with the gates opening at noon.
Where
And the 5th “W” is for "Where is Bon Ton Louisianne going to take place?"
The event will take place at the beautiful Stafford Centre, inside the fenced festival field. The Stafford Centre is located at 10505 Cash Road in Stafford, Texas, on the Southwest side of Greater Houston.

All Louisiana expatriates and friends are invited to attend Bon Ton Louisianne, a true celebration of Louisiana. Bon Ton Louisianne will take place Saturday May 14th at the gated festival field conveniently located at the Stafford Centre in Stafford,TX. Gates will open at noon to the sites, smells, tastes and sounds of Louisiana. The sounds of Louisiana will be represented by the one and only, Cowboy Mouth, classic rock legends, LeRoux, and River Road. Houston's Louisiana transplants, Bayou Roux and The Zydeco Dots, will warm up the crowd for a HOT day of great music!
Providing the tastes of Bon Ton Louisianne will be various food vendors specializing in Louisiana cuisine.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the The Snowdrop Foundation. Snowdrop Foundation is dedicated to assisting patients and families at Texas Children’s Cancer Center through funding for continued research to eliminate childhood cancer and scholarships for college bound pediatric cancer patients and survivors.
